The sure start and extended services team ensure sufficient childcare places for working parents/carers are available. They provide a families information service and develop and deliver children's centre services for under fives.The team also provides an extended schools service. As schools tend to be at the heart of the community they serve there are plans to make sure they provide a range of extended services that will enrich the lives of people in that area.
There is no charge for this service.
