Person Centred Planning
We have a small team of people who offer facilitation of, or assistance with, person centred planning and person centred approaches to service delivery. This team works across the whole of the East Riding area and with children in the process of transition from children's services to adult services.
Residential Care
The Laurels - permanent residential care for 8 adults who have learning disablities.
The Lilacs - provides respite care (short-term care but residential) for up to 14 adults who have learning disabilities.
Respite Care
The Lilacs - Beverley - provides short breaks (residential) for up to 14 adults who have learning disabilities
Supported Living
Our supported housing team provide individual support to people who live in their own homes in the community. The support offered is to meet individual assessed need and can vary from a few hours per week to 24 hours per day.
Day Services
We offer a range of day care provision throughout the East Riding of Yorkshire to people aged 18+ with learning disabilities.
Services are delivered through day centres and outreach teams. Some services are also provided through multi-purpose day centre and residential units where appropriate. All are staffed by people who are trained to deliver services which meet the individual needs within a variety of group settings.

WorkLink is a small supported employment service which helps people to develop skills needed in the world of work and supports people into paid and unpaid employment.
