Take the completed form and the payment to the main centre (see addresses) running the course(s) you want to attend or to any specified enrolling sessions. Please enrol before the start of term to avoid disappointment. If you are entitled to a reduced fee or a free course (see concession information) you must show proof that you are in receipt of benefits (original documents) or proof of age.

Payment by Instalment:

Any course with course fees over £50 (excluding exam fees), payable by self or an employer, can be paid in two instalments per academic year, providing both instalments are paid before the end of the first term.  Please note that there is no fee concession for the Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (DTLLS) course as this has Higher Education status.  However a Higher Education grant may be available through Student Finance England.  Fee payment can be made by 3 termly instalments.

Accreditation fees:

Learners taking accredited courses will be expected to pay for the accreditation (exam), the cost of which is indicated in the Course Guide.  Please note this includes a £5 administration fee and the whole amount must be paid for at the time of enrolment.  Even if a learner qualifies for one of the fee waivers available, please note they MUST still pay for the accreditation costs.  The accreditation costs were correct at the time of printing the Course Guide, but may be subject to change.
