Land to the East of Market Place, Driffield (DRIFF9) — Sept 2004
An area of land to the east of Market Place, Driffield extending to 1.4 hectares is allocated for future retail development in the adopted East Yorkshire Borough Wide Local Plan. The Plan also acknowledges that the boundary of a development proposal could be extended to include an additional 1 hectare of land to the east of Driffield Beck.

The site is defined on the location plan and occupies land north of Flemingate, east of Armstrong Way, south of Grovehill Road / Chantry Lane / Priory Road and west and east of St Nicholas Road.

The site is located in an area bounded by Lord Roberts Road, Highgate, Minster Moorgate and Regent Street / Princes Gardens, which is situated between the Town Centre and the Minster.

Land To The North Of The Ashcourt Drive Estate, Hornsea - June 2000
The brief covers 3 sites that are located on the northern edge of Hornsea adjacent to and north of the Ashcourt Drive housing development. They extend between Atwick Road (B1242) and the west and the existing Cliff Road industrial area to the east. The sites are allocated in the Holderness District Wide Local Plan for housing (allocation HRN2) and employment (allocations HRN4 and HRN6).The development brief is intended to guide developers in putting together future proposals and also to assist the Council in determining future planning applications.

Land To The North of Easton Road, Bridlington - July 1999
The site measuring 17.5 hectares (43.0 acres) is located on the North Western fringes of Bridlington and is allocated for housing development under policy BRID10 of the East Yorkshire Borough Wide Local Plan. To the North and West of the site is open agricultural land.

Land West of South Promenade, Hornsea - October 2004
The site is located along the seafront between Sands Lane to the north and Hornsea Burton Road to the south and extends westwards along the Stream Dike valley. It includes the former boat compound that has now been relocated within the site from near Sands Lane to near to Hornsea Burton Road.

Land Between Selby Road and Station Road, Howden - July 2001 (amended July 2008)
The site is located on the northern edge of Howden and is allocated for housing development in the Boothferry Borough Local Plan (policy S22A). It involves 20.8 hectares (51.4 acres) and the majority of its southern site boundary is formed by the existing residential development known as Minster Park, the remainder fronting Selby Road. The short eastern site boundary fronts Station Road.
The Forward Planning Unit prepared a development brief for the site in July 2001 to guide developers in putting together future proposals and also to assist the Council in determining future planning applications. This has now been amended (July 2008) to take account of factual changes in circumstances following the withdrawal of the site's restriction under the 'Managed Release' Interim Policy Guidance.

Land To The South of Snaith
The site covers about 10.6 hectares (26.2 acres) and is allocated for residential development in the Boothferry Borough Local Plan (Policy S32A). The site is located to the south of Pontefract Road (A645) and existing residential development on St Lawrence Avenue, South Parkway and Walnut Crescent.

Land North of Springfield Way, Anlaby - March 2000
The site is bounded to the south by Springfield Way. To the south of Springfield Way are residential areas. To the west is residential development served off Wolfreton Road. A former railway embankment runs along the northern boundary of the site, to the north of the embankment are allotments and playing fields. To the east are further playing fields and a church.
