Annual Monitoring Report, 2010
The sixth Annual Monitoring Report is now available. It is an important part of the Local Development Framework (LDF) system and was submitted to the Secretary of State in December 2010.
Chapters 3 and 4 of the report give an update to the preperation of tihe LDF. Chapters 5 and 7 report on various monitoring indicators. Some of these indicators relate directly to planning, whilst others are ‘contextual’: they paint a broader picture of the East Riding

This Housing Land Position Statement provides a record of all those sites in the East Riding of Yorkshire which, as at 1st April 2008, were either allocated or had planning permission for residential development and were of 0.25 hectares or over in size, or involved the creation of 5 or more dwellings.
