This training session has been designed to help school support staff and their line managers in the completion of the Employee Development Review Record.

Only the 6 designated pilot schools should be using this resource as part of their formal support staff review process at present. It will hopefully be made available to all schools in the Spring term 2008, if the pilot is successful.
