The Employee Development Reviews are a significant part of the future of any school and an entitlement for all employees.

The EDR:

• Improves Individual and school performance, providing opportunities for open and constructive feedback and identifying and addressing training and development needs

• Helps in meeting the aims identified in the School Improvement Plan

• Makes clear how every individual contributes towards achieving the school's aims

• Makes clear how the school supports the individual in achieving their career aims
