First and foremost the line manager will need to find a quiet room with no interruptions and confirm the arrangements with the employee.

Then ensure the employee has a copy of the previous EDR form. The employee may wish to print a blank copy of the EDR Form to help them prepare for the review (click above to download a blank copy)
