The EDR Meeting

During the EDR

 

EDRs should get employees and line managers sitting down together, regularly and in private, to talk about how things are going and how they can be improved. Remember, this is a confidential process.

There should be no interruptions to the meeting and an appropriate time scale should be allowed.

Opportunity should be given to talk about:-

  • the employee's role in the school

  • what makes the role work well

  • what have been the real achievements over the last year

  • what could be improved

  • what support/training/development would be useful
