Improving Motivation

 

The EDR process makes sure that employees are clear about what is expected of them and what their priorities are in their current role and how the school will support them in achieving these.

It's a chance to look back over the last review period, talk about things that went well and discuss what can be done about things that didn't go so well. This must be undertaken constructively, by giving feedback in an open and positive way to help improve performance.
