The first section of the EDR form refers to the personal details of the employee and a discussion of how the employee's role supports the aims of the school. Pages 1,2 and 4 are confidential between you and your line manager.

The second section refers to the review of previous targets and the setting of new targets for the next review cycle.

The third section of the form refers to previous and new Training and Development objectives.

Please ensure that page 3 is copied and forwarded to the school's training and development co-ordinator.
