What payment facilities are available at Bridlington CSC on Tuesday 25th September?

On Tuesday 25th September 2018 we will be unable to accept cash payments, due to building works taking place to accommodate the fitting of 2 new payment facilities.

During this time cash payments can be made at any post office or paypoint outlet, Card and cheque payments can still be made here during this period. 

Where are the customer service/multi-service centres located?

The council has 14 customer service and multi-service centres located conveniently throughout the East Riding of Yorkshire.

Please note that all centres offer payment facilities, however these will close approximately 30 minutes before the centre closing time.

Alternatively, we offer a variety of ways for you to make payments to the council, including 24-hour facilities.

What can I do at customer service/multi-service centres?

All centres provide:

  • advice, information and access to all council services
  • help with application forms
  • payment facilities
  • information about a range of partner organisations.

Additionally, our integrated centres in Pocklington, Brough, Market Weighton, Hessle, Withernsea, Driffield, Haltemprice and Cottingham also provide a complete library service, including free internet access.

What facilities are available?

All centres have trained customer service advisors available to provide information help and assistance relating to all council services.

All centres have payment facilities, private interview rooms available, and access to translation services on request.

Our integrated centres in Pocklington, Brough, Market Weighton, Hessle, Withernsea, Driffield, Haltemprice and Cottingham also offer a complete library service.

Can I pay council bills in customer service/multi-service centres?

Yes, you can pay all your council bills and invoices in any customer service centre.

You can also make payments 24-hours-a-day by accessing the pay bills section of the website.
