EC Procurement directives require us to publish a PIN notice once a year in the Official Journal of the European Union. We aim to publish this at the end of March and provide the estimated value of goods and services in various categories that we expect to buy in the coming financial year. This is a list of East Riding of Yorkshire Council Prior Indicative Notices (PIN) placed on the SIMAP website in April 2008. The Guide explains how the Council is structured and outlines how suppliers can find out about contract opportunities. The Council procures goods, works and services from a wide range of suppliers and service providers.
