How can I join the library?
You can join in two ways:
Do I have to join the library to use its facilities?
No- library membership is only required to borrow materials.
How old do you have to be to join the library?
You can join at any age.
How many books can I borrow?
You can borrow up to 12 books at a time.
How long can I borrow books for?
This depends on the library you use. A branch library and weekly mobile libraries issue books for three weeks. Mobile libraries that visit fortnightly issue books for 2 weeks.
Apart from books what can I borrow?
All libraries have collections of audio books, some libraries also have CDs and DVDs. There is no charge to borrow these and they can be reserved free of charge at any library.
You can borrow 8 audio books, 8 DVDs and 8 music CDs at one time.

All libraries have collections of audio books on cassette and CD- these can be borrowed and reserved free of charge.
