The fee scheme is reviewed biannually in line with The building (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 1998.
The Building Control Service has to set a fee charging scheme which will, over a three year accountancy period, recover the cost of providing fee related work.
Arrangements for stage or phased payments can be made. For commercial developments please contact the Building Control Service to discuss any special requirements you may have.
