As part of the Building Control Service to ensure that your particular building work complies with the regulations you may need to submit some forms.
You can download the forms and guidance notes here, complete them offline and submit the hardcopy.

A member of our team will then contact you to process payment.
Use the PDF format to produce a paper copy for your files or the Word format to store the completed form electronically - please note a signature and date are still required here.
If you wish to save colour ink when printing a hard copy, then please choose the "Print in Grayscale" option from your printer properties menu.
