Building Control Specialist Services
We provide a full range of services to the council and other clients. This includes managing, advising and reporting on:
- Dangerous Structures; We have qualified staff available at all times to remedy dangerous buildings, for example after a gas explosion.
- The construction and safety of Public Houses, Restaurants, Night Clubs, Cinemas and other places that require a license to sell alcohol and/or a public entertainment license.
- Demolition work to ensure it is carried out safely.
- Means of Escape in Case of Fire in relation to Upgrading Houses in Multiple Occupation.
