How to pay

Cheques, postal orders and cash are all accepted as methods of payment to be submitted with the application. Cheques to be made payable to East Riding of Yorkshire Council.

The correct fee must accompany all planning applications. Fees are set by the Government and generally depend on the size and type of proposal.

 

Available for downloading is the Scale of fees for planning applications [pdf: 59k], which accompanies planning applications. This details all fees and any exemptions that may be available.

 

To provide guidance for the more common applications, the following fees are required for the type of application.
