Strategic Development is a centrally located division which deals with applications related to Minerals, Waste Disposal and those applications which have a significant impact on the area in which they are located eg. Town Centre Redevelopment, Major Retail / Industrial / Commercial Developments and Wind-farms.
If any planning proposal includes an Environmental Impact Assessment Statement, then it is likely that the application would be dealt with by the Strategic Section.
