Children with disabilities The East Riding Children's Trust Disability Team, which is part of the East Riding Local Authority, work with children & young people aged 0-19 years who have the most severe and complex disabilities, or life limiting conditions, that effect learning and/or physical development and have a major impact on quality of life.
