Did the Treasure House have an exhibition for Hull UK City of Culture 2017?

As part of Hull UK City of Culture 2017, the 52nd Wildlife Photographer of the Year Exhibition was loaned early in 2017 to the Treasure House by the Natural History Museum.

The exhibition was on display from Saturday 11 February to 22 April 2017 and featured 100 breathtaking images, from fascinating animal behaviour to remarkable wildlife landscapes.

We are delighted to have hosted this world-renowned exhibition, which was an amazing success.  Wildlife Photographer of the Year is the most prestigious photography event of its kind, providing a global platform that showcases the natural world's most astonishing and challenging sights for over 50 years.

More information can be found on the Wildlife Photographer of the Year Facebook page:

We are also very pleased to announce that the 53rd Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition will return to the Treasure House by popular demand. The exhibition will be on display from 14 July to 8 September 2018.
