New and refurbished rooms of different sizes will be available for hire for events, conferences, exhibitions, weddings and meetings. Many of the rooms give stunning views onto the beach, promenade and sea and all are being built with state-of-the-art technical and catering facilities.
The magnificent 1930’s Ballroom with its outstanding open spaces and large balconies can handle a huge range of events, while the more intimate Edwardian theatre, over a century old, seats 650 in comfort. Surrounding these two traditional spaces are a host of modern facilities. The Harbour and Gallery suites, the Bay View and Promenade Lounges can all be hired for public or private functions.

Venue Hire Prices
Prices start at £7.50 per hour, with a minimum booking fee of £25.00.
For conferences or day meetings the Day Delegate rate keeps things simple and cost effective. For just £29.50 + VAT per head the package includes:
» Room hire and access for the whole day
» Full technical facilities and staff support
» Event management service
» Hospitality - Freshly filtered tea or coffee on arrival
Mid morning tea or coffee with freshly baked Danish pastries
Hot or cold fork buffet
Afternoon tea or coffee with biscuits
Chilled iced water throughout the day
