North Eastern Sea Fisheries Committee

The North Eastern Sea Fisheries Committee has maintained Investor In People accreditation during 2003 and, in accordance with the principles of Investor in People and good management practice, places great emphasis on the training and development of its staff. It is accepted that, to match the changing requirements of the Committee's employees, training needs must be regularly reviewed and the opportunity to do this is provided through the Employee Development Review mechanism. This procedure allows for strategic issues to be converted into personal objectives and assists in the achievement of the Committee's objectives.
