Adobe Acrobat
Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed for all files with a .pdf name extension
or showing the icon 
Acrobat Reader allows you to skip between pages of a document, view
the document at different sizes and to print. You cannot edit the text
in the Acrobat Reader but you can copy and paste the text into another
application.
PC and Mac
Adobe Acrobat Reader is usually pre-installed on most browsers. However if it is not already installed on your PC or Mac you will need to download it before reading any PDF documents. You need to do this only once and the software is free. Download by clicking on the image to the right:
Palm OS
Adobe Reader for Palm OSŪ software lets you view PDF files on handheld devices running Palm OS. Download by clicking on the image to the right:
Nokia Communicator
Adobe Acrobat Reader for Symbian OST software allows you to view Adobe PDF files on Nokia Communicator 9210/9290 devices. Download by clicking on the image to the right:
Pocket PC
Acrobat Reader for Pocket PC allows you to choose between two ways to view Adobe PDF files. One allows you to view the Adobe PDF file exactly as intended. The second utilises tagged Adobe PDF files, which provide the best reading experience on handheld devices because text and images can be easily reflowed to fit the screen size. Macromedia Flash
Parts of this site use Macromedia Flash 
(Minimum
Version 6) which is a plug-in program that displays animation, sound
and interactivity in web pages. If you can see the flash logo to the
right - you have the correct version of the Flash plug-in installed.
If the area to the right is blank, shows a broken image icon, or if
your browser displays an error message while loading this page - you
will need to install the latest Flash plug-in.
It is free, quick and easy to do - just click the link on the right and follow the instructions.
Microsoft Word
This viewer allows you to read documents in Microsoft® Word
format without having a copy of the software on your PC. It should
be used for all documents with the .doc name extension.
The viewer does not allow users to edit files. However, it allows them to copy information from a document to other applications. Download by clicking on the image to the right:
