Operational Case
Humberside Safety Camera Partnership has to submit its operational case to the Department for Transport for approval each year. The operational case details the activities the Partnership proposes to undertake for the following year. The Department for Transport issues an updated handbook, which contains the rules and guidelines each Partnership must comply with each year. The handbook is constantly evolving so caution should be used when comparing past operational cases to the most recent handbook. The Partnership publishes its operational case once approval has been given but reserves the right to redact sections that could jeopardise the operational effectiveness of camera enforcement.
