Person Centred Planning

We have a small team of people who offer facilitation of, or assistance with person centred planning and person centred approaches to service delivery. This team works across the whole of the east Riding area and with children in the process of transition from children's services to adult services.

Residential Care

The Laurels - permanent residential care for 8 adults who have learning disablities.

The Lilacs - provides respite care (short term care but residential) for up to 14 adults who have learning disabilities.

Supported Living

Our supported housing team provide individual supports to people who live in their own homes in the community. The supports offered are to meet individual assessed need and vary from a few hours per week to 24 hours per day.

Day Services

We offer a range of day care provision throughout the East Riding of Yorkshire to people aged 18+ with learning disabilities.

Services are delivered through day centres and outreach teams. Some services are also provided through multipurpose day centre and residential units where appropriate. All are staffed by people who are trained to deliver services which meet the individual needs within a variety of group settings.

We also have a variety of local bases for day services - in Gilberdyke, Brough, Hessle, Pocklington, Market Weighton, Withernsea, Hedon and Beverley
