Like Minds Newsletter
Like Minds newsletter was started in 1992 as a project to provide computer training for the production team comprised of Volunteers who either use or did use Mental Health Services. The newsletter provides an outlet to publish articles from Users, their Carers, and Providers of Mental Health Services. How to access the services available
If you would like to discuss these or any of the services mentioned in more detail please visit anyone of our 13 Customer Service Centres where a referral form can be completed and forwarded to the Social Service's department. The Care Management team will then assess your eligibility for services provided by the Council. If you are eligible for any services an assessment is undertaken. Based on your needs a Care Plan will be compiled and a Care Co-ordinator will determine how the services are to be implemented/provided.
Further information can also be found by using the Contacts and Links in the right hand navigation bar.
Please note that you may be required to pay for some services within your Care Plan. Click on Service Charges for more details.
Consultation
There is currently a Mental Health Services Scrutiny Review Panel being conducted jointly with Hull City Council. As part of this review a questionnaire has been designed by users of Mental Health Services. If you have been a user of Mental Health Services within the East Riding, or are a carer for someone who has, you can help inform and shape the work of the Review Panel by completing this on-line form.
Any information received cannot be related to an individual person. The form will be sent to the Democratic Services Team who will collate the responses received.
The report produced by the Review Panel will be available to download here upon completion.
