Weel HWRS hours
== Fri 7th March ==
Weel household waste and recycling site on Weel Road, Beverley, is extending its opening hours over Easter to help reduce delays for residents.
The site will be open from 8am until 6pm from March 17 to March 28. There will also be additional staff to assist residents.
John Skidmore, head of streetscene services for East Riding of Yorkshire Council, said: “This two weeks is traditionally one of the sites busiest times of the year.
“We have added the extra two opening hours in the morning and arranged for more staff to encourage residents to stagger their trips to the site in a bid to reduce any queues.”
