There are fourteen customer service centres (CSCs) located throughout the East Riding delivering a comprehensive package of services across the whole range of functions of the council.
Information, advice and assistance, progress chasing, complaint handling, even help filling in application forms is provided in person, by fax, by email, SMS, via video conferencing or the telephone. This comprehensive package of services also includes payment facilities and a translation service.
PLEASE NOTE - all of our CSCs have a cashiers office where you can pay bills with a member of staff, apart from Market Weighton, Brough and Howden which have a machine where you can deposit your payment. These machines are available during normal CSC opening times shown above. The Salmon Road cash office is closed on Fridays.
