Some things in life we can plan for – like birthdays and weddings – but life isn’t always that predictable. Emergencies can significantly disrupt our daily lives and whilst we can’t prevent them happening, we can plan ahead to minimise the impact.
Residents of the East Riding are being encouraged to get ready for the unexpected and to help them do this East Riding of Yorkshire Council have produced a booklet containing advice on how to be prepared.
Have a look through the booklet and encourage family and friends to do the same. Don’t wait for the unexpected to happen - prepare now!
