TitleExtract from minister's accounts relating to Abbey of Bardney county Lincolnshire
DescriptionRelating to farm of the rectory of Hudmanbye with tithes, offerings, houses and lands there and in Muston, Rightone, Waldnewton and Fordon and with tithe of lambs in Burton Flemmynge (excepting tithes of grain and hay in Burtone Flemmynge; the advowson of the vicarage of Hundmanbye with an annual pension of 6s 8d; and the advowson of the vicarages of Burtone Flenmynge, Mustone, Newtone and Rightone). Demised by the abbot and convent to Richard Lutton for 51 years at £53 rent (10 Jul 1528); Richard Lutton finding two parts of the wine and wax, and all the straw (for floor-covering), for the church of Hundmanbye, distributing six quarters of grain yearly as alms to the poor of the parish, finding food and lodgings for the abbot and convent and their servants and horses whenever they visit Hudmanbye, and repairing and maintaining all houses on the premises Also the farm of the tithes of hay and grain in Burton demised to Lord Constable at £12 rent; and a pension of 6s 8d from the rectory of Hudmanbye Copied c.1666
