    We can support you to:

    • stay safe
    • take part in your community.

    Get help from adult social care

    If you think you need support and do not already have a social worker, contact adult social care:

    Support with daily life

    You may be able to get help with:

    • managing at home
    • personal care
    • managing money
    • getting out and about.

    A member of our team can assess your needs and help you find the right support.

    These are some of the things we can help with:

    Activities, work and day opportunities

    You can choose how you spend your day.

    This could include:

    • meeting people
    • learning new skills
    • volunteering or working.

    Day centres

    We run day centres where you can:

    • take part in activities
    • meet other people.

    Supported internships

    Supported internships help young people aged 16 to 25:

    • learn skills for work
    • prepare for jobs or volunteering.

    Moving to adult services

    If you are aged 16 or 17, the way you get support now will change. You can read about moving to adult social care.

    Housing support

    There are different housing options, including:

    • living with your family
    • Shared Lives (living with another family)
    • supported accommodation
    • residential care homes.

    An advocate can help you to:
