Yes, you can view the following lists of installations regulated by the council under the Environmental Permitting Regulations.

Certain industrial activities are regulated by the Environment Agency.  These are known as 'Part A1' activities.  The Environment Agency also regulate certain waste activities and activities involving groundwater and surface water. 

Documents relating to these permits are available on the Environment Agency public register website.

Can I view environmental permit documents online?

Yes, you can view environmental permits and decision records online for certain types of industrial installations in our area.  We have to publish this information for installations and activities that are covered by the Industrial Emissions Directive, such as small waste incineration plants ('SWIPs') or Part A2 activities.
