Strategically located at the convergence of 3 regional roads on the northern approach to the world famous Humber Bridge, to the west of the City of Hull and the historic town of Hessle. The sites lie in a woodland setting adjacent to the Humber Bridge Country Park, offering great views down to the Estuary and Hessle foreshore.

Features and Transport
The site is accessed directly from the A63 dual carriageway which via the M62 motorway, provides easy access to the M1 and A1 north- south routes and Trans-Pennine east-west destinations. Access to the South Bank of the Humber Estuary is excellent with Humberside International Airport only a 15 minute drive away.

Site development

The first phase has seen a number of new buildings developed for some of the Region’s leading businesses including Victoria Plum, Beal Homes, Luxinar, John Good Group SGS International, IT Spectrum, Centrica and the ergo business centre. The south side sees Porsche open a dealership in early 2020. 

The development has become a hub for businesses in the energy estuary with the Aura Innovation Centre due to open at the end of 2019.
