The Humber Enterprise Park site comprises of high grade production / storage units, offices  and business space. The site offers a secure and well managed environment, catering for any size company, offering incubator and grow – on space for young businesses to large stand alone facilities for more established organisations. The site offers fully refurbished office space and expansive parking facilities.

The site has a history of advanced engineering manufacturing. BAE still operate their centre of excellence for structural and dynamic testing, employing 900 people.

The new Brough South development will improve the current highway infrastructure and Phase 3 of the Brough Relief road is currently under development. Once completed in 2020 it will provide an important link to the Humber Enterprise Park bypassing Brough village centre.
