Community parent drop-in: advice and support session

Eppleworth Traveller site, Westfield Road, Eppleworth, Cottingham, HU16 5YJ

What it's about

Get help to find the right support for your family.

If you have concerns or questions about family life, pop in and talk to a member of our family help school and community team. They can listen, offer advice and help you find the right support.

This session is for anyone who cares for a child or young person up to the age of 19, or up to 25 for young people with SEND. This includes parents, foster carers and grandparents.

Why come along

When you talk to a member of our family help school and community team, you can:

  • talk through any concerns or challenges you are facing
  • get practical advice and ideas to support your family
  • find out what services and support are available.

Conversations take place in a comfortable, quiet area.

How to take part

This is a free drop-in session – you do not need to book.

When you arrive, we'll take down your name and let you know when you can be seen.

If it is busy, you may need to wait a short while before meeting with a member of our family help schools and community team.
