A164 and Jock's Lodge Junction Improvement - Feedback

Following public consultation in November 2017, proposals for a new junction at Jock's Lodge where the A1079 and A164 meet and for improvements along the A164 route all to the south of Beverley have been developed.

A new roundabout is proposed to be constructed on the A1079 located to the east of the A164, with new two way link roads providing access to the A164 and Lincoln Way roundabout to the south and north respectively. The existing road between Lincoln Way and Victoria Road roundabouts is widened to become a dual carriageway with the existing A164 widened to dual carriage from the south of the new junction to Castle Hill roundabout at Cottingham.

Facilities for non-motorised users have been incorporated throughout the scheme to link with existing provision.
