Following the first phase of the public consultation, draft recommendations have been made and approved by the Council for a second phase of public consultation.

The draft recommendations fall into three broad categories:

  • Those parish councils where no changes are recommended.
  • Those parish councils where changes to the number of councillors is recommended.
  • Those parish councils where changes are recommended to both the number of councillors and the parish boundaries (including governance arrangements where applicable).

The following pages gives the details of each draft recommendation and space for you to give any feedback.

The second phase of the consultation is now open and will close on FRIDAY 8 SEPTEMBER 2023.

It is important that you provide feedback on the draft recommendations as this will inform the final recommendations that are considered for approval by the Council towards the end of the year.
