Brief description
This survey was designed to gather residents views on the changes made on 1 April 2013 to Council Tax support. Similar questions were asked last year when the changes to council tax benefits were first introduced nationally. This latest, smaller scale survey was designed to ask further questions and understand opinions now the local scheme has been implemented. Respondents were also asked their views on the future of the Exceptional Hardship Fund for those with severe financial difficulties.
