Brief description
A number of modifications to the emerging East Riding Local Plan, which is currently in the process of being examined by an independent planning inspector, have been published for public consultation. The Council is now publishing for consultation various modifications to the Plan to address concerns raised during the public hearing sessions as well as include recent changes to national planning policy, aid clarity or provide a factual update. The modifications are set out in two schedules.
