Housing Needs Survey for Skipsea

Brief description

This is a survey to establish whether there are households who live in the local community or have a connection to Skipsea, that have housing needs that would justify the provision of new affordable housing for either rent or sale.

Only people with a local connection to the community and wants to either move into or within the village in the next 3 years should complete this survey. A local connection is defined as having at least one of the following:

  • Resident for 3 of the last 5 years
  • In secure employment in the community for at least one year's duration (at least 20 hours per week)
  • Has a family connection through parents, grandparents, adult children, grandchildren, brothers or sisters who currently live in the community and have done so for at least 5 years
