The Council is developing an updated Business Plan for the HRA which will look forward 30 years to 2052. It is therefore important that the Plan and the accompanying financial model reflect all the anticipated investment in council housing to ensure that budgets are used on the highest priorities and the Plan is sustainable in the short, medium, and longer term. The Council uses a range of data sources to inform the Asset Management Plan which forms part of the Business Plan. This includes stock condition information, void turnover, tenancy refusals and staff and tenant feedback. To help inform the final version of the 30-year HRA Business Plan the Council would welcome your views as a tenant to understand whether you think we are investing in the right areas.
