Brief description
East Riding of Yorkshire Council and its partners would welcome the views of parents and carers who have accessed Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) services for their children and young people aged 0-25 who have an East Riding address. Please complete a separate survey for each child or young person you have with SEND. Your answers should reflect experiences you have had over the last 12 months only. The survey focuses on services for education, health, social care and the voluntary sector and has been developed in partnership with colleagues from these services, including the East Yorkshire Parent Carer Forum (EYPCF).
