Respondents felt that useful contacts was the most important information to be included, followed by bus service updates and upcoming events.Respondents would prefer exact information on changes to routes (not just which route has been altered), information on fare price changes, special offers and future plans (such as updating services and funding).
What we did next
The council will produce a quarterly newsletter, specifically aimed at the Parish Transport Champions, which will include useful public transport information, upcoming events and details of local bus partnerships.
