Information about the customer service centres (CSCs) and multi-service centres

How do I contact the council face-to-face?

Customers can access council services face-to-face at all Customer Service Centres and Multi-service Centres by appointment only.

Most enquiries can now be dealt with easily online or by telephone. This includes renewals and applications for Blue Badges. For enquiries that cannot be done via the website or by telephone, customers should call (01482) 393939 to make a face-to-face appointment.

Our peak times are Mondays and the day after a bank holiday. You may wish to avoid calling at these times. Alternatively, customers can drop into their nearest centre where staff can make a future appointment for them.
