How can I access planning agendas and reports?

You can able to access agendas for all three planning committees via the 3 links below:

Access agendas for the Western Area Planning Sub-Committee

Within the agendas, you will find the reports relating to each application that has been, or will be, considered by the committees.

These reports are highly detailed and include the reasoning behind planning officers’ recommendations.

If a resident of your town or parish would like to register to speak in relation to a planning application, they can call Democratic Services to register using the telephone number on the first page of each agenda.

How can I respond to planning applications?

Every town and parish council has an account for the East Riding Planning Portal in order to submit feedback to the council in relation to individual planning applications.
