Photograph of Amy Johnson on board ship from Cape Town to England, 1932, after being presented with a posey. Note on the back, "Heather in background.... Arthur took the photograph." This would be the "Winchester Castle", which Amy sailed back to England aboard in June 1932, after greeting Jim Mollison at Cape Town following his successful solo flight. The pair became engaged to be married shortly afterwards.
