Collection of aviation books given to her old school (Kingston High, Hull) by Amy Johnson, in 1941. They are: - 1. Aircraft and Flying by F.V. Monk & H.J. Winter, 2. Around the world in 8 days by W. Post & H. Gatty, 3. Pacific Flight by P.G. Taylor, 4. Recollections of an airman (1940) by L.A. Strange, 5. The Air Annual of the British Empire, 1937, 6. The World'sAirways (1938) by R.Finch and 7. Max Immelman, Eagle of Lille by F. Immelman. The books are labelled inside 'Amy Johnson bequest, 1941'. No.6 is autographed, whilst No.1 is dedicated to Mrs Mollison (Amy's married name), with the date 1934.
