Miniature doll in Japanese costume, the doll is that of a woman wearing multi-coloured kimono of the 17th century. The doll has black hair in which is a comb of plastic decorated with birds and flowers.The doll is holding a folding fan in her right hand. She is fixed to a cloth covered base. Part of collection donated by Amy Johnson's father in October 1958.
