Hard, yellow fabric clay bricks. Find, Boynton, Low Caythorpe, (TA 130676, ploughed up in peat), 1969. Dutch bricks were imported into Bridlington during 17th century as ships ballast and used as building material in and around Bridlington,. The bricks were also known as 'monk stones'.
